Dulux Vinyl, worth it?

Hi Chaps

I'm planning to paint the ceiling Brilliant White. The Dulux Vinyl Matt is more than twice the price of the standard Dulux matt. Is it really worth getting the Vinyl version? What's the difference?
The mist coat was with Dulux super matt.

Its trade, trade coats thicker, so you will mostly get away with two coats rather than three on a dirty or mild colour change type job.

Most pro paint shops will sell those pots for sub £35, BnQ is a bit expensive for trade items.

Great, thanks. I'll check other shops. What does the Vinyl thingy does?

I'm painting on fresh plaster , just finished with the mist coat.

Vinyl makes it wipeable/cleanable at the expense of breathability. Have you got kids? If so, go for vinyl

Thanks for your advice. It is for the ceiling, it probably won't need wiping that much. Why is breathability important?
