Dulux Weathershiekd or Zinsser Allcoat Exterior

I am looking at repainting the front door and meter boxes in a satin black. The door has a steel skin with plastic trim holding the glass. I am hoping for water based and reasonably quick drying finish. I have previously used the Dulux but gloss and oil based and it takes forever to dry

What would be the better paint Dulux or Zinsser?

Other manufacturers do multi surface paints suitable
