Is there any way to copy dvds the same way we put songs on an ipod? I have too many dvds and would like to put them on a hard drive?

You can use dvd shrink to rip to hard drive, it's free to download and use.

edit - don't be fooled by the 'shrink' bit - you can rip at 100% size/quality or shrink if you want to.

Would downloading them from illegal torrent sites actually be legal if you also own it on DVD? There's a thought
