Help can anyone tell me why the 13amp fuse in the plug blows after about 5minutes use on this Dyson D07.

Too many variables to answer that. You'll have to do some basic fault finding and testing to narrow the fault down.
It could be a broken wire shorting when it's moved, faulty motor etc. etc.
