e-mail address unacceptable

Have an email account with orange (an old wanadoo one). Can access this on all PC's and laptops except this one just recently, which for some reason will not let me sign in and redirects me to https://web.orange.co.uk/r/login/?S.../email.orange.co.uk/service/SA?VS=MAILWELCOME
and keeps on doing so when I try to sign in from this.

Cookies are enabled.

Any ideas?

I had a freeserve email account

Until last year. When I decided £17.99 a month was stupid when I can get it free from O2

I get free access with my orange mobile accounts.

gave up with wanacarp a long time ago as service was poor and switched to NTLworld (now Virgin) have 2 email addresses and don't pay a penny for them, also have a Yahoo one as well, but get spam, spam, spam and more spam from it opened my eyes to whats available for the small limp wristed ones amongst us though

My wanadoo email goes back a long way, and like I said, it's free with phone contract. Can't be bothered informing others of the new address, although I suppose I could do that automated redirect thing, which I suppose would mean that the address printed on the 200 vistaprint business cards wouldn't go to waste.

In the meantime, what's wrong with this PC???

Is it through Outlook Express?
If so delete the account in OE and re set it.

Open OE -> Tools -> Accounts -> Mail Tab
Click the account and click Properties.
Make a noter of all the details in the general and Server Tabs. Click OK.
Back in the Account window click the email account again and select Remove.

Shut OE and then re open it. Go back to the Mail Tab (as above) and click Add.
Fill in all the details and start the account over again.

I cannot give their phone number but I have had a couple of prblems in the past and got them sorted from that address very quickly.
