E99 Thermostatic Shower

Hi all need a little advice please just moved to a new house and the shower unit is a E99 thermstatic. The problem i have it that it is chucking out boiling hot water cant seem to control the temp, I have removed the body and the pipes are correctly fitted and the pressure seems to be fine.
