You can if you want to, but supplementary bonding in kitchens is no longer a requirement. However if you have a gas boiler, all the metal pipes that go into it should be bonded together.
I take it you were wondering if it should go back to the main earthing terminal at the meter or consumer unit? No, that is only needed for main bonding to the incoming water main and gas main.
There is no requirement for supplementary bonding in a kitchen, however if your stop cock is under the sink there is a requirement to bond the incoming copper pipe in 10mm2 back to main earthing terminal.
