I need to fit a couple of louvre doors for my cupboard.
I've never fitted hinges / doors before. Are there any hinges that are a bit more forgiving for those that don't have precision tools and skills?

Any tips on fitting them?

Bear in mind that you will almost certainly need at least three hinges on each side with full-length wardrobe doors, and preferably four. That makes the job trickier as the alignment has to be precise. Flush Hinges - the type where one side fits into a cut-out in the other - are the easiest to use, but they are classed as "light duty" and aren't suitable here. What you need in this case are concealed hinges which fit flush with the back of the door and the unit, although they need cut-outs drilled in the back of the doors - get a sample and try it before buying eight, to make sure the strip surrounding the louvres begin is wide enough. Screwfix offer a good selection under their "Cabinet Hinges"section. Quite a tricky job for you to start with, though.
