Managed to book a flight for my boss who is stuck in Spain(could think of worse places).
Managed to book on line for tonight,(quite painless) unfortunatly the wrong name is shown, I cant change it on line, so have to phone eventually got through on phone, have now been on hold 43 mins.

The 43 minutes on hold will probaly cost more than the ticket.

Are the airlines not concentrating on lifting those people stranded who had flights booked already? One would hope that those with tickets they couldnt use would have them honoured? So why book a new ticket?
