Hi,
I've recently had a power shower installed. Around the same time, I noticed that the 'Economy 7' water heater was on more or less all night - producing quite a bit of noise. I did shut off intermittently, but never for very long. I attempted to lower the temperature on the stat within the heater, but this didn’t have any affect – the whole unit (element + stat) is only 2 months old.
Also, I’ve noticed that the cold water is no longer 100% cold – in fact, first thing in the morning, it very hot! Could this be caused by the lack of lagging on the new pipes to the shower?
Thanks in advance for any advice
Jason
