Economy 7 boiler problem

Can anyone help me?
My economy 7 tank has been turned off for 2 days, This morning we came home and the other half managed to run a bath before the water went cold. All day today we have now been without hot water, and more worrenly there is now no water at all coming out of the hot tap - is this normal, I have tried to boost the hot water with the top up emersion and the tank does feel warm, there is no leak but there is no water at all!

if a fortic cylinder check the ballvalve is working correctly

Am not sure - I live in an appartment and its just an emersion heater cylinder tank, Today there is a trickle of hot water coming out of the tank, but and the tank did heat up last night, its almost as if the pressure has gone or there is a blockage??
