My current view is that the EDL are spot on, neither political nor racist... although their commonly perceived stance is slightly different!

But Tommy Robinson seems sound and true !

He does seem a bit more acute, I think it's horses for courses, the only reason Adolf got in power was due to very influential people in high places.

EDL need a reform. Chuck out the yobs and start afresh.

There needs to be Funding so that memberships can be vetted.
It needs a new name so that anyone joining or supporting isn't at instant risk of being sacked or pushed out of their jobs.
Tommy Robinson would make a good director of operations but the organisation needs a new Leader as the current media act like childish schoolkids whenever they are in contact with him and insist on ignoring the issues that are very real and concerning and concentrating all the time on whether one of his marchers did a Nazi salute or threw a bottle.
There is certainly scope for something like this to happen but it needs a new benefactor whose business interests aren't tied into the same petro dollar money-go-round as the feckwits in downing street who think supplying arms to radical islamists is a good way to go.

It needs a leader with the same enthusiasm and heart as Tommy but who can show up the interviewers for the coddled crass privileged naive ignorant and blinkered luvvies they are.

Maybe British Defense League, then we can embrace the Jocks and the Taffs, that is assuming the Scots are still part of the UK....
