Surely the more appropraite approach is to post a message saying, for example, Russia alleges that it can use the weather to destroy any part of the planet, and add a link to you doc?

EFC, I presume has the same IP address as another member....but has specific points to make, from unspecified sources..then if a disagreement happens, shot down, with insults, rather than facts, hence the origin of the post is called into question..

It's very easy to set up a proxy, the IP providers provide one, so any ex member, or random member posts, trash. Then setup a new user name.
