What is the effect of acid on MDF in high humid condition?

may help someone else if you say what sort type and strength of acid

Dont know about acid, but i expect the humid conditions will damage the MDF.

Will depend mainly if the acid affects the resin that bonds MDF.
Most resins are more susceptible to alkali products (caustic) than acid,but as said,need to know what type/strength of acid.
