Hi we are new first time home owners in our back bedroom there is efflorescence which is pushing the paint off. There is a small crack in the render but it’s not significant and the render doesn’t appear to be blown, it’s also not affecting the whole wall just mainly one corner and underneath the window as well as one odd circular patch. It is no where else in the house. There is also no mould just the salt coming through. Has anyone got any advice on how to tackle this? Thank you

it's most likely caused by water penetration around the window frame.

try photographing the joints and gaps, and what's above, all the way up to the roof and gutter.

Also stand back and photograph the entire wall. Include something to show scale.
