elba pxdo60 both ovens

Hi just wondering if someone may have an idea on what's wrong with my cooker. I have a elba pxdo60 with double oven and both the ovens don't seem to get hot enough, it's taking longer each time to cook meals.

Any suggestions would be great before I go buy a new one.
