Someone asked me today about the pros and cons of an electric combi boiler as they have a downstairs flat and no real option of fitting a flue terminal outside. Apart from being expensive to run I know little about them.
Do they work like a gas combi or are they more like an unvented cylinder and if so would you need an unvented ticket to fit one?
