electric lights to my brick shed ?

is it possible to run a cable from my existing outside light with PVC Conduit to my brick shed with a concrete roof ? the shed roof has been waterproofed etc. and also my main consumer unit is at the front ov the house and would be an utter pain to install a Garage Consumer Unit

i`ve enclosed a few pics below any help would be appreciated..
