Hi all, I’ve had a new electric shower installed. The new unit is smaller than the previous one ( the think black line shows where it used to be). There’s a gap on the side and I can see green and yellow wires. Can someone advise if this is safe to use?

Get them back to do it properly, they can't have any complaints about that. They may need to use a larger shower or patch up the hole but they should never have left that as a finished job.
