Electric shower head is dribbling water

I have an electric shower, a Triton t90xl. I had a shower on Friday and since then there has been a constant dribble of water coming from the shower head, even though the shower is switched off. I live in a hard water area.

Is this something I can fix? Would cleaning the filter help?
Is this something a plumber can fix?

Good news, cleaned the filter and it fixed the problem.
