i doubt the water pressure is to high.
it's more likely another issue.

when you press the start/stop button and the water flows does the power neon light up ?

is this a brand new shower from a store or ebay etc ?
have you registered the warranty on the shower ?
so i take it you have no warranty on the shower.
you next step would be to check you have 230 v at the heat can terminals.
what kw is it as they have different wiring layouts.
8.5, 9.5, 10.5 ?
right that ok then.
turn the temp dial from fully cold to fully hot does the flow reduce from powerful to weak ?
just the answer i wanted.
so the water flow stays powerful all the way round the dial ?
that is the bottom dial i mean.
last one when you turn the dial does it feel like its connected/turning something as its poss on these to put cover on and the dial don't engage fully.
