Hi all, I'm looking to install electric UFH mats in the kitchen...... I have a bitumen surface after lifting up all the old tiles that were under the lino (have since found out those tiles may have had asbestos in them, but it's done now, so can't change that, so the bitumen surface would be a start point, so was thinking of doing the following:

layer 1 - ECO Prim Grip over the bitumen
layer 2 - Keraquick fast set
layer 3 - 10mm insulating boards
layer 4 - the heating mats
layer 5 - Ultraplan 3240 self-levelling
layer 6 - keraquick fast set
Layer 7 - porcelain tiles

does that sound correct?

cheers
