I AM HAVING AN EXTENSION BUILT AND HAVE DECIDED TO REWIRE THE HOUSE AT THE SAME TIME USING A 12 WAY SPLIT LOAD CONSUMER UNIT WITH MCB'S
THE CIRCUITS ARE AS FOLLOWS :-
1 SHOWER CIRCUIT--------45 AMPS
1 COOKER CIRCUIT--------40 AMPS
3 RING MAIN CIRCUITS----32 AMPS EACH
2 LIGHTING CIRCUITS------6 AMPS EACH
1 SMOKE ALARM CIRCUIT--6 AMPS
1 SHED CIRCUIT------------16 AMPS
AT PRESENT I HAVE A 100 AMP MAIN FUSE-CAN A DOMESTIC SUPPLY HAVE A HIGHER MAIN FUSE?
WHAT CIRCUITS WOULD YOU PUT THROUGH THE RCD-SHOWER,RING MAINS AND SHED CIRCUIT MAYBE ?
EVEN ALLOWING FOR DIVERSITY IT DOES LOOK HIGH-ANYBODY HAVE ANY THOUGHTS?
