Electrician cable connection from power unit to cooker socket

Help!!!!
I need info on cable fitting from cannon range coker..... I'm cable with plug to appointed electrician installed cooker socket.
power box terminals : 1_ green. Several red. Several black.
extension cable to connect Brown blue and green/ yellow.

wiring to be wrapped around screw terminaterminals in cases oven power unit.
What wires respond to UK cable please.
