[Will it be ok for me to wire from a plug point
with 2.5 to a spurpoint then use 1mm from the
spurpoint with a 10 amp fuse wich will run a
lighting current supply

so long as the origonal socket is not a spur yes, but you could also just plug in your light, it must me some light if it draws 10 amps
