Electrolux EWX14450 washer/dryer wont dry

A colleague of mine who has a new born on the way has an Electrolux EWX14450 integrated washer dryer which he says washes and spins normally but doesn't dry at all.

Can anyone give any pointers as to what the problem could be or what i can advise him to check please and whether its likely to be fixable for a sensible amount ?

Could be the dryer fan has seized or a wire has broken of the NTC at the bottom of the condensor duct
