It keeps stopping when you first select programme and seems to jump to the end, also not spinning. Error messages I've had are EF5 and E43

It eventually does the selected programme after many attempts!

I think E43 is a door lock problem, but could also be the pcb that supplies it. Don't know what EF5 means.

I have an EWX14450W Electrolux washer dryer.

It stopped working so having followed other forums I disconnected the four heating element dryer electrodes under the top lid and the washer started to work with no problems albeit with the dryer element disconnected. I have purchased part number 1326228002 which is the specified replacement heating element yet when it arrived there are only three connectors (not four as previously mentioned) Two are in one block and the other is a single terminal block with two black wires. The replacement part came with no instructions and I cant find anything online, including Youtube.

Can anybody please help me?
