Electronic times switch not working

I have a Danfoss SET 1E time switch. Recently the heating did not come on and when I looked at the time switch the LED screen was blank. The power supply to the time switch was present. I ordered and fitted a new time switch which worked perfectly for 5 months. Now I have the same issue again (blank display no heating) Is this a known problem with this time switch? Also is there anything I can do other than replace the switch again?

Not heard of any particular faults, but your timer should have a warranty.
