Hi , first post
Called out to a " no hot water " the tenant has just moved in to property ,there is a elson coral e thermal storage tank the boost is working ok but nothing from the " off peak "
Does the tenant have to contact electricity supplier to activate the off peak ?
IE ." Economy 7" to activate
I've checked over heat thermostat ,
Any thoughts would be great
