Elson double feed indirect tank - low water pressure

Hi recently my cold water pressure in the bath, wash basin and toilet have dropped to the point the water sometimes comes through at a trickle and at other times not at all. Does anyone have any ideas what I should check for first? I did wonder if the tank had lime scale in it which was blocking the pipes. Is there anyway to descale these tanks? Thanks
