emulsion paint vs anti mould paint finishes

Hi all,
i have a property that has 2 rooms that i want to paint white on all walls but both rooms will need 2 walls with anti mould paint and the other 2 walls with normal emulsion paint.
I wanted to know if there will be a different finish with the anti mould paint against the emulsion paint?
