This is hopefully an easy question, but could anyone tell me what the fittings on the ends of these cables are called?

I’ve been googling variations on crimps but that doesn’t seem to be returning the correct product.

For context I’m switching the cable on a pendant light to better match an existing fitting, which should hopefully be simple enough once I’ve got the right gear…

Also known as (formally) cord end terminals, but no one calls them that on site. You'll also need the correct tool to put them on, Knipex make one with a hole that closes up like a camera apperature (Knipex 97 53 04) thats quite expensive, naturally the usual places are flooded with much cheaper 3rd party clones that even have the same two colours on the handles.....

A tentative shout of aglets?

I thought they were called aglets only when fitted to actual laces.

Looks like that is being questioned, gents, shall we settle on ferrules?

Ferrules it is, thank you very much, gentlemen.
