Eng hold off Pyronix Paragon Plus (circa 1994)

I am replacing my mechanical ext bell with a Pyronix Deltabell, one connection not sure about is the 0v engineering hold off, does the Paragon Plus have this connection?

Connections as I see it are BA to Bell, B+ to +, B- to -, BT to T, STB- to STB, link - to T at bell.
