Hi,
I purchased some Quick Step laminate (harvast oak) from floors-to-go and have had a change of heart now i've seen the stuff laid out on a friends floor. It looks, well, like fake wood.
So im now looking at getting some engineered wood. I don't really want to spend any more than £30psm. I purchased the Quick Step from floors- to-go in Peckham, South East London, so have been looking at their selection of engineered wood.
Can anyone offer me an opinion on this stuff:

It will be installed in my lounge - the sub floor is concrete with some sort of black plastic tiling on top.
If anyone can recommend any other engineered oak from somewhere else for circa £30psm that would be great too.
Oh one last question, how much should I be looking to pay someone to install the stuff over 20 square metres of floor? Someone has quoted me £200. Not sure if that is reasonable ot not.
thanks
Dan
