Entryphone Replacement

Hello I was wondering if someone may be able to help. I moved into a flat with no intercom handset and purchased a bell xl5 lx which has IROTZVL and I've only 5 wires green, yellow, blue, red, black&white. Would this be compatible ?

Become friendly with your neighbours - you need to find out what handsets have been installed in the other flats.

...and it would probably have been better to start your own thread
