Epdm roof wrinkles question

This is a photo of my flat epdm roof after about a year. I can’t be certain but I think the wrinkle has always been there.
My question is should I grab some roof sealant from screwfix and run a line along the seal as I’m sure it’s gapped a Tiny bit
I’m aware this is the greatest fix in he world but doesn’t warrant ripping the whole roof off and would just maybe help a bit? Or am I wasting my time

You should see the wrinkles in Nige's face! Though he does leak a bit nowadays.

That's not a proper EPDM joint is it? No joint strip over it.

Meanwhile, nothing wrong with wrinkles.

I was trying to figure out what that strip was. Don’t think it’s a seam joint
