When printing a 13 page document, the printer stopped and juddered a couple of lines.
It then emitted a short grinding noise as if a gearing wheel was turning on a seized shaft.
Printer then displayed error code Fx01
A quick look does not identify any jammed gearing/mechanism. Paper is all clear an the ink cartridge carrier moved silently so assuming its the paper management mechanism which has failed.
A google of the error code suggests a Windows software problem .
Any thoughts? Not keen to mess about with Windows as I am likely to screw up the PC
PS - Linking printer via wifi, no cable.
EDIT - Now showing W-02 error
