Initially very pleased with my Erbauer tile cutter to cut 60cm x 60cm Porcelain Floor Tiles, but a problem has developed in that the tile, and consequently the cut, creeps over.
I purchased a Rubi Diamond blade which is cutting great.
I am using the guide which is setup on the left hand side and I have checked for square. Cut goes well initially but when about half way through the tile becomes tight because it creeps towards the guide and the cut goes slightly off line. I then have to push excessively to get the tile through and the cut is not straight.
Checked the blade for alignment, the guide behind the blade holding the splash guard is spot on, I have checked the machine for level. Tried pushing from the left corner so that the pressure is pushing away from the guide but it still happens.
Any ideas how to rectify please?
