Great singer/ band. I recently bought their greatest hits and was surprised at how many well known songs they had. He always seemed like a really nice bloke too.

His songs just transport me straight back to the seventies when music was good.

The only decent music around in the 70's were performed by bands such as Sabbath, Floyd, Purple etc. They are still going strong - Hot Chocolate melted away
