Why am I not surprised that there seems to be no real idea if he is qualified or not ?
What happens if he is proven 'unqualified' .. I believe one does not require qualifications to act as a legal representative ... But sign one document or carry out a function which requires that qualification and it should be curtains .. If they ever find out !! Easier to catch a speedster I guess..
Of course he and his team are very good at finding the mistakes which our protectors of law are very good at making ... too busy banking their dosh I 'spose.
