Eterna Lamp - too bright

Fitted a Eterna SHFULLMWWH lamp to daughters porch, wall mounted.

Although only 12w it is quite bright lighting the whole street.

Although the luminance is not adjustable, could any paint/covering etc be applied to cover half of the frosted cover to reduce the intensity.

Mine is mounted on the ceiling in my porch, so the glow is downwards and ok.

If the diffuser comes off, how about some baking paper over the bulb, would need to be a bit inventive.

Thanks, but no bulb.

A disc approx 175mm dia with several led’s on surface.

Can't you just turn down the amount of time that the PIR activates for?

Alternatively, paint the upper half with black paint?
