Euro cylinder stuck in door

Euro cylinder stuck inside the door. Retaining bolt removed. Turned the key to various positions to try and align the cam but no success.

Tried snapping the cylinder but was anti snap so now left with the inner chambers stuck in the door. Also tried drilling through but still no luck.

Any ideas of how to get the cylinder out now? Many thanks

Just take the screw out at the side of door. Turn key 45 degrees and lock slides out.

Considering it will only come out with the key in the correct position…

I’d abandon the drilled side and try to restore the key rotation then assume it was just stuck in the locking mechanism and needs an hammer to knock it through.
