Eurosec 5208 issue

Hi all,

I've just moved into a house with a eurosec 5208 alarm already installed but the control panel says unset and no matter what I try I can't seem to get rid of this. I have the correct pin and have tried the 5678 and 1234 defaults but nothing is happening at all? Can anyone please help me, as a lady living alone this is really worrying

I see the time and date are wrong.

when you say nothing happens when you type in the code you were given, how do the buttons respond as your typing in the code?
