I had to buy a pressure relief valve for a inlet group for an unvented cylinder which for those who do not know one would expect to pay around £15-£20 and is about the size of a bunch of keys, through my regular merchant.
To get the right part number I phoned the manufacturer Reliance Water Controls who were very helpful.
The price I was charged by my regular supplier was £71 Reliance blame the supplier and the suppler blames reliance...and my customer starts thinking I am a crook...
Great business models these manufacturers have on the back of plumbers and heating engineers...fat salaries and clients they never have to account to!
