Eves drip trays/pan tiles

Hi guys
Roof was replaced 2 years ago gutter clips set in place drip trays scewred on top
Then tiled, however the clips weren't set properly and theres hardly any run off along
The gutter so I taken the gutter off however I carnt get to the screws on the gutter
Brackets.....would it be ok to push the bottom tile up along the required run
Take the drip trays of set the brackets again then put tray back on then pull
Tile back down?? Thanks

Provided the first course isn't nailed and or clipped yes.

Use a couple of clamps to hold it up while you screw the brackets back.
