Evo He C22/24 error code

i keep getting this error code from my bolier, it look like E but not sure, was hoping someone could help me out, also i dont get hot water and the central heating is not working, due to the error code. ive left it off for almost day now and still no luck, ive try resetting it and no luck.

any help will be great
