Can I cut the laminate flooring with the standard blade that comes with these saws?
Thanks

I say yes why not run a test cut? I have an evo saw and with the standard blade it's cutting laminate ok but could do with finer tooth sharper blade.

Thanks for the reply can I use any make of blade of the corresponding size? Or does it have to be evolution?

You can use any make/brand of saw blade that has nearly same outer diameter, and exactly the same middle hole 'bore' diameter as required for your saw.

I find that the screwfix site has a good tickbox setup to find the blades that you can use.

BUT I think that the issue for you is that Evolution saws have a special 'bore' size to stop you buying other brands. Most are 30mm, evolution is 25.4mm.
So then you have to go to elsewhere to get more choice then the one available at SF. :

Saxton Blades have been recommended here (search the forum) and do fine blades to fit Evolution saws.
