great stuff timmy boy now we can all work out how much money we are
in dept do you know any web sites telling us how long a peice of rope needs to be to hang oneself or the recommended storey building height to jump off.

Just downloaded the mortgage calculator havnt had time to analyse it but I think pip that there is a tax free portion thats loaded into the calculation hence the descrepency.
I'm sure it could be tailored to work for the UK

Is their an MP's option, that allows the taxpayer to pay it?
 
Excel is fairly flexible so i'm sure thats possible to do

Just calculated my mortgage and it should be paid off when I'm 85 - before I went on to this site, it was 65 ;)
Going for another drink - if I'm not back by Friday, give me a call......
 
The difference lies between 6% ÷ 12 ( 0.06 ÷ 12 ) and the twelfth root of 1.06 ...(1.06^(1/12))
Think Geometric progression...
