No but i'm sure it could be worked out in Excel with perhaps a nice colourful graph to go with it

I bet their mortgage calculation is not strictly mathematicaly correct !!

$155,000 over 30 yrs at 6% per annum is $913.52 per month not $929.30

Mind you, the Yanks probably do the calcs differently...

Just downloaded the mortgage calculator havnt had time to analyse it but I think pip that there is a tax free portion thats loaded into the calculation hence the descrepency.
I'm sure it could be tailored to work for the UK

Excel is fairly flexible so i'm sure thats possible to do

Just calculated my mortgage and it should be paid off when I'm 85 - before I went on to this site, it was 65
