I've had a wood burner installed and a hole cut out the wall etc for it all to be fitted.
It was all done by a HETAS installer.
Can hear next door now through the area.
Is it possible to retro fit some insulation behind the wall?
I thought about drilling a few holes and filling with fire rated expanding foam?
Any thoughts or other suggestions?

Its just a single brick wall between us now.
Its a converted barn so the wall is a thick barn wall. But a section was taken out to get to the chimney.
And now there's just the single brick wall between.
I'm more wondering if the expanding foam will be OK behind due to the heat from the stove?

if its just a single brick wall if you drill holes and inject anything into it it will go straight into next door, also i may be wrong here but to do the kind of work you have done may need your neighbours consent in the shape of a party wall notice as you have taken a part of the wall out, here take a look http://www.jlewissurveyors.co.uk/
