Expansion Gap when laying flat roof OSB boarding

Is there a need for expansion gaps around the perimeter edge, when laying OSB roofing boards over the roof joist ?

Is this edge hemmed in with walls or is it an unrestricted edge?

The flat roof will have brick wall on two sides, and rear of the flat roof will be against the main building at gutter level.

OSB is regarded as stable for all practicably purposes and whilst a brick wall will expand, nominal clearance will suffice between brick wall and OSB, in my opinion...pinenot
